As an Interaction Designer at ABC, I was responsible for understanding and identifying business, user, and technical needs to tailor features for RBC objectives.

Facilitated Journey Map workshop to produce a shared understanding of current product experience. Facilitated integration of Research Team’s services for testing of new product experience initiatives. Produced Interaction Design deliverables for content and development, which includes usability direction, wireflows, accessibility, and specs. Integrated CIBC’s design framework in its new features for mobile banking app in iOS and Android. Partnered with Product Owners, BSA, and Designers to integrate business outcomes, and user needs into delivery. Managed UX debt through documentation for business visibility. Prescribed tracking objectives to measure user performance, and benchmarking.

As an advocate for goal directed design, I collaborated with my team on integrating user experience design methods and practices in Corus’ projects. As a practitioner of Lean UX methods, I oriented the team towards business and user outcomes over outputs. With the help and support of Managers and Stakeholders, I lead workshops to orient and align the team towards greater collaboration, shared knowledge, and a focus approach to address the needs of the business and users.
